My family and I are quite active and participate in races and regular exercise. At Avocadough, we do not just talk the talk, but we walk the walk and apply healthy changes to our daily lives. I will be posting the majority of the blog posts on our site. I am the Founder and CBO (Chief Baking Officer) of Avocadough, Tracie. In addition to my MAJOR sweet tooth, I also inherited an extensive family history of health issues; including heart disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol. If, like me, you have a sweet tooth and limited willpower or just want to snack healthier, we can help! I decided to modify my recipes so that I could continue to satisfy my cravings but not feel as guilty because there were positive attributes and beneficial calories to the ingredients they contain.
